Whats the recommended dosage?

As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (6.15 g) of OVERRIDE™ with 4-8 oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Due to the potent nature of this product, first-time users and individuals sensitive to stimulants may take 1/2 serving to assess tolerance.
