BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) are the building blocks of protein and critical components in muscle recovery, growth, strength and overall athletic performance. They provide a readily available fuel source for muscles leading to greater endurance and improved mental focus.

Whats the recommended dosage for 360AMINO Energize?

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 8-20 oz. of cold water. Consume before, during, or after exercise on training days or throughout the day on non-training days. Read warnings and use only as directed. Do NOT exceed 3 servings in a 24-hour period.
